The staff at New Beginnings are dedicated to teaching and preaching the whole counsel of God.

Shawn Fason
The Pastor of New Beginnings is Shawn Fason. He and his wife Lesli have a daughter, Rebekah Michelle. Their desire is to spread the Gospel, lead others to salvation in Christ, and to train up disciples in our local community and the world.

Andrew Hartzell
The Youth program is under the leadership of Andrew and Amanda Hartzell. Their love for the Lord and desire to reach the youth of Conway is unmatched. We are blessed to have them serve in this capacity.
